Cmd method research

For my project I applied the a literature method study on the cmd method and based on it I learned and gather most of my informations for my project.

How we communicate in group project and have schedule for workflow

For our group project we usually talk on whatsapp and we use Trello to make new tasks and sprints, which is like deadlines for the next stuff we need to do. We also use Teams to upload files and have meetings.

Scrum planning for project

For our project we used the Scrum method to organize our work and make sure we stayed on track, we used Teamcharter, project plan , sprints , moscow protities and risk assements.

Working with client on his storyboard for his videoclip

me and my groupmate went to tilburg to the client and that day we worked a little on his storyboard for his videoclip. On the right you can see a photo of the storyboard and our hands pointing out and discussing about the storyboard.

How did we manage our group documentations for our unreal project

On the right you can see a picture of an eternal ssd basically me and group seperated task and ultimatrely all of us combine everything together on the external ssd.

Unreal engine and pixel playground

While working on the unreal scene its we had to test out how the actual scenery would look on the bigger screen which is the pixel playground to do the video clip. But because we had to ask teacher for scheduling to use the pixel playground , we decided to start expirementing with just a smaller screen. on the right you can see a photo of me in front of an flat screen with the simple desert scene in backrground.

Workshop showcase

We had to present our workshop to the new student from semester 1 , sadly we didn't took a lot opf photo but I will try to explain what we did based on the photos.

Reflection professional standards

For my project I learned alot using the CMD method, watching videos and reading things online and also asking teachers for help. p We used Scrum to keep the team on track with Team Charter, project plan, sprints, MoSCoW and risk stuff so we dont get lost. When working on Unreal Engine I had to test how the scene look on the big Pixel Playground screen but we cant always use it so I start with a small screen first.

It help me see how the scene work for the video clip.

At the end we showed our workshop to the new students and overall I learned alot about working in a team, planning and making Unreal scene look good and in pixel playground.
